These Terms and Conditions were last updated on and are effective as of March 2026.
This Agreement describes and provides the terms and conditions (the "Terms") that govern and apply to your participation in Funded Predictions' (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our") Affiliate Program (the "Program").
You may only participate in the Program if you are eighteen (18) years of age, or older.
You agree that your participation in the Program shall constitute express consent to these Terms. One account per person. No exceptions.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR AFFILIATE ACCOUNT AND ALL RELATED PRIVILEGES, AS WELL AS FORFEITURE OF ALL UNPAID COMMISSIONS THAT HAVE BEEN EARNED THROUGH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.
Funded Predictions further reserves its right to pursue any and all claims, legal and equitable, that may result from any violation of these Terms.
Funded Predictions expressly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued participation in the Program following any such change shall constitute and evidence your agreement to any such modification to these Terms.

Once accepted into the Program, you will receive a unique tracking link. Every verified purchase made through your link earns you a commission based on your current tier.
Commission tiers are based on total sales volume:

Commission is calculated on the challenge fee paid. Taxes, processing fees, and chargebacks are excluded.
Payouts run weekly. Minimum balance to request payout is $50. You can receive payment via bank transfer, PayPal, or crypto. Commissions tied to refunded or charged-back purchases will be reversed from your balance.
On top of your commission, you unlock physical rewards when you hit cumulative sales targets. Rewards stack on top of earnings. You keep both.
Rewards are non-transferable unless the cash alternative is explicitly stated.
Refer another creator to the program and earn a percentage of their commissions:
No caps. No limits. Tracked automatically in your dashboard.
Banned phrases. Never use these:
Breaking any rule = immediate account termination + forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
Anything shared in private affiliate channels, strategy calls, or internal briefs is confidential. Do not share our commission structures, conversion data, or campaign strategies publicly or with competitors.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Funded Predictions. You are responsible for your own taxes. We provide no benefits, insurance, or employment protections.
We can terminate your account at any time. If terminated for a rule violation, all unpaid commissions are forfeited. If terminated for any other reason, earned balances are paid out.
You can exit the program anytime by emailing support@TheFundedPredictions.com.
Funded Predictions reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept any changes. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration.
